    Coffee is consistently good. The music volume lately has become obnoxious. The point of a coffee house music is to be in the background and not disturb your conversation, book reading, etc. It's not for staff entertainment

    The drink was fine and I just got a toasted bagel. But the service sucked. Staff was very stand off-ish and not friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering them. It’s not like my order is complicated. I wouldn’t return there.

    I love this new store! It's large and the staff is great, very friendly! My drinks are always perfect and the drive thru always goes quickly.

    Just went in for a cup of dark roast coffee, and of course they were out of it. I didn't mind waiting for it to be brewed; 3 minutes according to the cashier. After 10 minutes passed, I had to ask for my coffee. I wish I could leave a 5 star review again, but alas, Starbucks is still lacking in "legendary" customer service.
